Mindroom terms of use

1. Parties and acceptance

The service is provided by ИП ДУБАНОВ РОДИОН ЮРЬЕВИЧ, registration details: ИНН 026615978091 · ОГРНИП 326784700324356, зарегистрирован 08.09.2026, address: 198334, Россия, г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Партизана Германа, д. 33, литера А, кв. 258 (the “Operator”). Contact: mindroomquiz.public@gmail.com.

Starting a game after being shown these terms or confirming a particular purchase accepts the applicable agreement. This does not grant consent to additional analytics. That consent is separate and optional.

The privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. If you do not accept the terms, do not start a game or confirm a purchase.

You must have the legal capacity and minimum age required in your country. A parent or guardian must authorize use where the law requires it.

2. What Mindroom provides

Mindroom provides solo trivia, duels played at the same time or at each player’s convenience, matchmaking, group rooms, chat games, ratings, achievements and personalization. Features may change as the product develops.

A basic internet connection, a compatible Telegram client and a valid Telegram account are required. Telegram is a separate platform governed by its own terms. Mindroom is not an official Telegram product and is not endorsed by owners of the franchises represented in trivia topics.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• use the service lawfully and follow Telegram’s rules;
• not interfere with the server, authentication, matchmaking, results or payment flow;
• not use automation, answer tools, multiple accounts, collusion or other unfair methods to manipulate ratings or rewards;
• not send threats, unlawful material, spam, another person’s personal data or malicious code;
• not present Mindroom as an official product of Telegram or any featured rights holder.

The Operator may limit access, remove manipulated results or block abusive accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Paid entitlements already earned are handled according to applicable law.

4. Questions, answers and intellectual property

Trivia content is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. We review sources and explanations, but mistakes may occur. Use the report control or support channel to flag a problem.

The Mindroom software, interface, original copy, databases and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Topic names, characters, works and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention identifies the subject of a question and does not imply sponsorship.

You retain rights to feedback or text you submit. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive right to use that material only as needed to provide support, investigate reports, moderate abuse and improve the service.

5. Digital purchases

Digital purchases inside Telegram use Telegram Stars exclusively. The product and Stars price are shown before confirmation. The price of buying Stars in local currency is determined by Telegram, the app store and the user’s region.

Profile cosmetics include avatars, frames, decorative titles, backgrounds, personal themes and effects. A one-time purchase adds a particular item to the collection without recurring charges. Cosmetics can also be obtained with earned Neurons. Free avatars are available immediately; achievement titles require the relevant gameplay achievement.

Cosmetics do not change answers, scores, rating, health or difficulty. Ordinary game modes and topics are free. An item is added after Telegram confirms payment. A duplicate payment for an already owned item is refunded. After a refund, the corresponding paid entitlement ends; an entitlement earned with Neurons or obtained through another valid payment remains.

Project support is optional and one-time, and is not a charitable donation: 50, 150, 500 or 1000 Stars. Contributions accumulate: 50 unlocks “Supporter”, 250 “Project Friend”, and 1000 “Patron”. Cosmetic purchases do not count towards support. Support grants no experience, currency, rating or gameplay advantage, and has no automatic renewal.

A confirmed refund reduces the contribution total. Titles whose threshold is no longer met become unavailable and are removed from the profile. For support and refunds use /paysupport.

6. Payment support and refunds

The Operator is responsible for digital delivery and payment disputes. Telegram, Apple, Google and their support teams do not decide claims about Mindroom features or delivery.

Use /paysupport or contact https://t.me/mindroomquiz_support_bot. Include the date, product, Stars amount and Telegram payment charge ID if available.

If a confirmed purchase was not delivered, was delivered incompletely or materially differs from its description, the Operator will verify the record and either correct delivery or issue a full Stars refund through Telegram Bot API. Requests involving a used consumable are reviewed individually. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Availability and liability

The Operator aims to keep Mindroom reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or continued availability of Telegram APIs in every client or region. Maintenance and incidents may temporarily affect play.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is responsible only for direct, proven loss caused by its fault. This limitation does not apply where liability or consumer rights cannot be limited by agreement.

You are responsible for securing your Telegram account. Never give login codes or passwords to anyone claiming to represent Mindroom support.

8. Termination, changes and governing law

The agreement applies while you use the service. You may stop using it and delete personalized data with /delete_me; payment-ledger retention is explained in the privacy policy.

The Operator may update these terms. The new version and date will be published here, and material changes to paid features or user rights will be communicated when the law requires it. A purchase remains subject to the version in effect when made, except for mandatory legal changes or changes favorable to the user.

The agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country where they apply. You may send a pre-court claim to mindroomquiz.public@gmail.com without losing the right to contact a competent authority or court.
